We recommend submitting your inquiry at least 4–8 weeks before your event to ensure speaker availability and adequate preparation. For large-scale conferences, 2–3 months advance notice is ideal. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests — just reach out.

Our team responds within 48 business hours after inquiry. A booking is officially confirmed only after a formal letter of engagement is signed and any applicable deposit is received. You'll receive a confirmation email with all program details at that stage.

Speaker fees vary depending on the speaker, event format, duration, audience size, and travel requirements. All fees are discussed transparently during your inquiry call — no hidden costs. Payment is structured as a deposit upon confirmation, with the balance due before the event. Nonprofit and university rates may be available.

Absolutely. All speakers are equipped for virtual (Zoom, Teams, Hopin, custom platforms) and in-person engagements. We also support hybrid formats. Let us know your format preference in the booking form and we'll ensure a seamless Conversations Between the Sips™ experience.
