Ingredients:
- 10 fl oz. Coconut milk
- 3 Tbsp Ghirardelli White Sweet Ground Powder
- 4 g Black tea
- 1 tsp Spice Blend
- 6 parts Ground cinnamon
- 2 parts Ground turmeric
- 1 part Ground black pepper
Directions:
- To make spice blend: Mix cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper.
- Steam coconut milk.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Steep for four minutes.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer to serve.
White Matcha Latte
White Matcha Latte combines creamy milk with delicate white tea, offering a smooth, light, and refreshing flavor a calming, antioxidant-rich drink with natural sweetness and gentle energy.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 fl. oz. Hot water
- 4 g Black tea
- 2 Tbsp Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sweet Ground Powder
- 8 fl. oz. Milk
Directions:
- In a cup, mix together matcha powder and Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sweet Ground Powder.
- Add hot water to cup.
- Using a whisk or milk frother, mix hot water and matcha until fully dispersed.
- Steam milk in frothing pitcher until it reaches 55-65 °C (131 - 149 °F).
- Add steamed milk to matcha mixture. Create latte art as you like. Serve warm.
Vanilla Mocha

Ingredients:
- 3 pumps (43g) Black Label Chocolate Sauce
- 1-2 shots Espresso
- 8 oz (236 mL) Steamed Milk

- 1/2 tablespoon (6g) Black Label Chocolate Sauce (for drizzling)
- Dispense Black Label Chocolate Sauce into a mug.
- Pour espresso and stir to dissolve.
- Add milk and garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of Black Label Chocolate Sauce.

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces Ghirardelli Bittersweet 60% Cacao Baking Chips
- 1 cup Half and half f
- 1 tablespoon Amaretto (almond liqueur)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract t
- 1/2 cup Whipped cream m
Directions:
- In a saucepan over low heat, bring chocolate and half-and-half to a simmer, whisking constantly.
- Simmer for 1 minute or until mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat; whisk in liqueur and vanilla.
- Pour into four 1/2-cup demitasse or coffee cups.
- Top each serving with 2 tablespoons whipped cream; dust with Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa if desired.

Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender except sweetener (if using), and blend until smooth.
